In March 2006, Buddy was abandoned at a kindergarten in Argostoli. He was about 5 weeks old. The staff would have liked to keep him there but unfortunately there was no garden or suitable space for him to stay. They took him to the vet and he suggested that maybe KATs could take him in. We agreed with the hope that it would be possible to arrange a day-trip for the children from the kindergarten so they could visit Buddy and learn a bit about animal welfare in general. The teachers have already requested information leaflets to start the education process. Buddy is doing well, full of beans and into everythin g. He's also grown enormously. Fortunately, he has now been offered a home in the UK and will be flown back to his new owners when he has completed his quarantine time.

It didn't take long for Buddy to grow .. and grow.
But he's still into everything!
