Dougal was dumped in Mazarakata in early 2006. He was a mass of knots and looked totally disreputable. He came to KATs where he was shaved, neutered and returned to looking like a proper dog. He now has a permanent home on the island with Antonia (KATs Treasurer) and a new best friend in her dog Henry.
