Stoli at 7 months

Stoli at 7 months

There is a cat called Lilli who lives at Lambrini’s Eleios Taverna. Earlier in the year (2004) she gave birth to 4 kittens, and within a few days 3 were dead, having been run over in the busy harbour area. The last remaining one crawled into the sleeve of Carole’s jacket, so we thought we’d better take him home before he became another RTA victim.
Pat came round to teach us to bottle-feed him, but within a few days he decided he didn’t need a bottle. At first, he would eat only sardines, and even his fur smelt like fish. At 7 months he is bigger than all our other cats, but he’s still a fussy eater. He eats fish, Lidl smoked turkey, and biscuits. He would love to eat cheese and drink milk but has a milk intolerance which means they upset his stomach.
As you can see he’s very fluffy. He’s also very naughty; many’s the time I’ve told him if he doesn’t behave, we are going to make him into a pyjama case. His favourite trick is to crawl under the bed covers from the foot of the bed, work his way up the bed and nuzzle your face, purring all the time, then just as you start to relax, he bites your nose.
(Needless to say, Lilli has now been spayed)
